Sean Payton's Extension Confirms One Thing: He's A Cheat Code

Sean Payton's Extension Confirms One Thing: He's A Cheat Code

I'll ask it: Does Sean Payton have the golden touch?

Before entering Bronco's Country, Payton took New Orleans to their first SB win (Feb 7, 2010, a date any life-long Saints fan could never forget).

And since returning to coaching in 2023, Payton has led Denver through three full seasons, during which they've only lost 19 games (some teams lose 14 times in a single year! Right, Jets fans?).

Before Payton's arrival, DEN had missed the playoffs seven years in a row, which he has since resolved. And just last season, they tied for the best record in the entire league.

Like I was saying … Golden touch? But it continues:

Bo Nix is entering his third year after phenomenal rookie and sophomore seasons.

  • 2025: T9th passing TDs, 8th passing yards
  • 2024: 6th passing TDs, 12th passing yards

Courtland Sutton is now joined by Jaylen Waddle. And with an addition like this, I'm more than hopeful. Could we see a WR duo in Denver, the likes of 2014-2016 Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders?

It's no wonder Payton's contract was recently extended through 2030, where his magic touch can continue.

Years Of Guarantees With Josh Allen

If you’ve had Josh Allen in fantasy any year since 2020, you’ve been more than happy. He’s been the QB1 five times in that span, the only year he didn’t finish up top being 2022, when he fell all the way to QB2. He just finished his follow-up to his 2024 NFL MVP season with 3,668 passing yards and 25 TDs, adding 579 rushing yards and 14 more scores on the ground. Betting against him continuing his fantasy dominance for another five years would be ill-advised.

That’s exactly what the Xfinity 5-Year Price Guarantee means for your wallet: 5 years. The same price. No contracts or commitments. Is It Time To Trade George Pickens In Dynasty?

Remember Kyle Macdonald? The dude who started with one red paperclip and traded his way up to a farmhouse in 2005? Selling high in dynasty is kind of like that …

We're trying to find the highest point of a player's ever-changing value so we can strike when the iron is at its hottest. The end goal? Upgrading from the paperclip.

Player values are mercurial. Breaking news, OTA clips, a coach's comments: All of these can affect a player's value in real time. If we're going to move our way to a farmhouse, we've got to sell when the values are at their peak.

Luckily, Jonathan Fuller is the Kyle Macdonald of dynasty.

And he's found a few candidates who are currently peaking …
